Dick Moran is the principal of new Moon Rising LLC, a financial consulting firm, and coordinates Jenison Financial’s commercial real estate related projects.  Moran has over 27 years experience in the commercial real estate field.  He is an expert in the fields of commercial real estate collateral evaluation, restructuring, financial modeling, loan placement, syndication and underwriting policies and procedures.  In particular, Dick Moran works with smaller financial institutions on commercial real estate underwriting and management.  Over $400.0 million of loans have been originated under his direction.

He was with Sun Trust Bank’s Real Estate Division for 17 years and at Maryland National Bank for five years.  Dick has a bachelor of arts degree from Dayton University and served in the U.S. Army.
