Paul B. Jenison

Since beginning his securities career in 1986, Paul Jenison has handled more than $33 billion in structured finance issuance, including the first MBNA credit card securitizations. Before forming Jenison Financial, Paul held several leadership roles investment banking, including co-head of asset-backed banking at Prudential Securities and managing director at Paine Webber. He has placed more than $12 billion of credit card securities for MBNA, Prudential Bank and Trust, Advanta and others during his career.  He specializes in asset-backed securities of every kind, including home equity, marine, trade receivable, legal settlement, lease, medical receivable, airline and contract monetization. 

Jenison graduated from Boston University in 1974 with a bachelor of arts summa cum laude and election to Phi Beta Kappa. He holds an MA from Brown University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
