Senior Managing Director

Mr. Schwartz specializes in complex financial models and advanced structuring.  Laurent was Senior Vice President and Director of Capital Markets at Bay View Financial Corporation, a $6+ billion financial holding company.  At Bay View Laurent managed a $1+ billion investment securities portfolio. Prior to Bay View Capital, Mr. Schwartz worked for several financial service companies in increasingly responsible positions including, Bank of America, San Francisco Federal Savings and Loan, Tuttle Interest Rate Risk Management and American Residential REIT.

Mr. Schwartz is a CFA.  He holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Managerial Economics.
