Cynthia Jenison is a CMA, former certified public accountant.    She began her career as Commercial Bank Auditor.   She was part of the start- up team and Controller for MBNA from 1982 to 1988 and subsequently Director of Finance where she worked on securitizing credit card receivables and portfolio segmentation analysis.  
She is a 1978 graduate of the University of Delaware and earned her CPA certification in 1972 and CMA in 1982. She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and pursuing certification in SAP Crystal Reports
