Jenison Financial’s (“JFLLC”) principal consultant is Paul Jenison, a veteran of 32 years in investment banking and corporate finance.  Five equally experienced professionals, all with specific areas of speciality, are members of the team.  JFLLC was founded in 2004 as First Herrontown LLC and has an extensive track record of success.  In 2010 four funding searches were closed as a result of our custom efforts.

JFLLC’s top specialty is funding searches: for specialty finance companies and middle market corporations.  The team has a contact list of lenders in every sector.  We are pros at consumer specialty finance, commercial real estate, residential Re-REMIC analysis, China related corporate finance, Quick Books installation and education programs and general financial analysis.  We will undertake corporate search projects that the larger investment banks will not.
